Service Definition for Gardens Maintenance Services
- Mowing of lawn and trimming of edges
- Sweeping of paved areas where mowing or edging has taken place e.g.: driveways and pool area
- Spraying of weed control ONLY if included in quote
- Only GARDEN cuttings done by garden service will be removed and additional amount will be charged for your own garden cuttings
- Turning of flower beds – please inform us if you have planted any seedlings or bulbs should you not want your flowerbeds turned
- Weeding only in flowerbeds
- Seasonal pruning, hedging and trimming (planting of flowerbeds-please make arrangements with service provider)
- The team does not water any gardens
Service Definition for Pool and Pond Maintenance Services
SERVICE DEFINITION FOR POOLS:
- Ensure system is in working order
- Backwash, rinse and check filter for defects
- Ensure surface is clean
- Empty weir & pump basket
- Ensure pump & motor are performing correctly
- Ensure timer & electrics are in working order
- Clean paving around pool only
- Weekly Vacuuming
SERVICE DEFINITION FOR POND:
- Ensure system is in working order
- Backwash, rinse and check filter for defects
- Ensure surface is clean
- Empty weir & pump basket
- Ensure pump & motor are performing correctly
- Ensure UV light is working
- Ensure Bio filter is clean
- Cleaning paving around pond only
- Check water conditions
- Check fish for diseases
We provide fish food at an additional cost if needed
